The layered layout of the building, located on the ground floor of the Magnesi palace, leads back to the time of its construction, between the 1300s and 1600s. We wish you a pleasant stay in this magical place, where ancient stone joins contemporary design.

Made of stone both inside and out, the residence consists of three separate areas: a living area, with a large window, which includes living room and kitchen, bedroom, and fully equipped bathroom.

An innovative material was used for the flooring, in a seamless layout. The structure and the internal set-up of the mini-apartment make it perfect for a dream holiday in complete autonomy: from the comfortable kitchen to the “suspended bedroom”, every detail is designed to make you feel at ease and in complete relaxation.
